Pros

Benefits are good. US team is good. Salary wise good.

Cons

Some people can be the worst stain mark to the company. They lead the team and there is no specific recruitment process in some teams. People bring in candidates from different teams who has no relevance to the current team in the name of experiment and close bonding. There are people who are surviving just because they are good to the director siting in US. They seriously have neither any project nor any position in the team. The word manager is matter of mockery in that team. They make any random person as manager and then train them for people management where as things should have happened in reverse way. HR team here is just to fill position and manage recruitment process. Employees are not taken care well here. They are been threaten to an extent that people have to carry phone to meeting to record what manager are saying. The environment is very scary and demotivating. Happy to leave AM AT.

Pros

Strong place to start your career. If you do the Fusion Program you will learn a lot. Good training and benefits. Amazing Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Coworkers are smart and grounded people.

Cons

Stingy with salary, raises, and promotions. The engineer roles are broken up into Jr and Senior so the title progression goes Engineer I, I Sr, II, II Sr, etc which slows career progression and pay. Only the CA office gets extra pay due to the expense of living there, even if the MA office is expensive.
