Small company, very top heavy with leadership. They project an image of being pro-DEI and being a family, but it's incredibly cliquey and exclusive. High turnover: quitting same day, some let go with no warning, and others left for better opportunities. Late night, weekend, and during vacation work is part of the culture, even though leadership says it isn't. Extra effort isn't rewarded, it's expected.
