As a start up, it is all hands on deck, everyone wearing many hats. Luckily our board and senior management (myself included) understand and appreciate everyone's contributions.
Cons
As a start up, it is all hands on deck, everyone wearing many hats. That means everyone is juggling a lot of responsibilities and urgent tasks that have to all happen "immediately". On top of that we work with people around the world so the hours can be long and stretch late into the night, start in the early morning.
