Cons
- Force work late & weekend. - No overtime. - If you MC, be prepare to be yell at. But if you also go to work while you MC, also will be yell at. In other words, you can not fall ill. (Robots) - If you made any mistake, you must be prepare to be yell at in front of all people. - If you have kids, and they fall ill and you have to take EL, be prepare to listen the complaint from higher up saying you not capable of taking care of your child & they are burden/distracting to your career. - If you not lucky, you won't get any learning experience. You will be ask to buy breakfast for bosses, doing photocopy, shred paper, general work etc. - Biased! Boss have favourite staff. Whatever they do, even the biggest mistake will not affect them. - You are no position to make complaint about this favourite staff or you will be mark down. ( They will ask you nicely if there's any problem at all with certain staff, but you must keep your mouth shut otherwise you'll pay later.) - Above all, NO work-life balance. Infact, your life MUST dedicated ONLY for the company.
