      Pros

      The work was interesting / challenging. I actually enjoyed what I was doing and felt I was making a difference.

      Cons

      Company is not involved, no support from management, benefits are just OK. Working away from the main office means you're out of site and out of mind. There are no opportunities for advancement. Little if any pay increase Very little vacation time - and what you do get is lumped together with sick time.
