Pros
The low level leadership like line techs are great. They will look out for the employee at every photo opportunity.
Cons
Upper levels of management and HR in particular are not skilled at conflict resolution. There is an air of deception and dishonesty from the office staff and even supervisors are fake and disingenuous. They don't really care about the average employee if they cannot get accolades for it. Doughnuts instead of raises is bad policy, The dishonest atmosphere leads to a situation where they WILL manufacture a cause for termination that is incongruent with the facts. even if the cause is exactly how you were trained to do something. No clear path for advancement, even when asked many times.
