Flexible timing Tech stack is good for 1 - 4 years experienced Whether its taken on or not you will have a platform to express your view Domain is interesting I don't know whether I have to put it pro or con. Hard working employees who follow without question will be valued and highly paid. Internal hike sometime goes to 20 - 25% and a avg of 10% you will get if you perform above average You don't worry about the politics if you are less than 3 years experienced.
Cons
You will enjoy the politics as long you are not affected or part of it. Its funny to see how people fight for the power. Very old or conventional way of thinking and organization structure. People in higher management don't share the information and keep to them because that's one way of increasing their value in organization.
