Pros
Very little; co-workers were nice and helped you get used to the island.
Cons
Operational - No process for how to handle client requests, almost every incident is an urgent request. Sales doesn't understand the technology or solutions that they sell leaving Engineers to pick up the mess. Management - Nice and well intentioned for the most part, but entirely ineffective. They do not listen to external advice from the people they bring in. Woefully not equipped to manage this company.
