Pros

There are not a lot of pros here. Yikes.

Cons

They discourage anything besides a very strict DTT methodology (discouraged things like NET, emotional regulation, FCT, etc). Nearly every child I saw/worked with had hundreds of memorized phrases and zero functional language. The management does not feel this is problematic. The management is passive-aggressive and unprofessional. RBTs are managing other RBTs in many instances. When I asked them who their BCBA was, often times they didn’t know. The families also did not know who their BCBA was. They thought the RBT running the show was the final say because they never had any interaction with a BCBA. I feel bad for supervision/practicum students who receive all of their training here. Please branch out and see what else is out there. ABA is so much more than rote responding at a table. This company is extremely disorganized. It’s no wonder their reach is not far. And thank god it’s not. BCBAs beware. Please do not waste your time here. Practicum students, do not limit your training by staying here. Look around and see what’s out there.
