      Pros

      The company gets senior-level contracts and gives them to the junior software developers. It's a good experience for a junior software developer.

      Cons

      The paying doesn't even get close to a software developer's salary and they don't provide insurance. There is a communication issue that may cause the loss of contracts. Without a contract, the company doesn't pay a salary.

      Had a great experience working there. Highly recommend some one to work there who is into Tech field. The clients that they work with are really big.
