Nice new office in the Rancho Bernardo area along with reasonably competitive salary and benefits. Very little else positive that I can say.
Cons
So many. At the root, management is mysterious, secretive and extremely paranoid. If you ask too many questions, try to get too creative, or behave at all curious about the business they become suspicious of you; almost as though there is something to hide. There is an eerie sense of fear among the staff. This all translates to the work environment so accurately described by several previous one-star reviews (strict hours, no talking or walking around among coworkers, totally silent work environment, etc.). It even seemed that bathroom breaks were frowned upon. There is a 3-month waiting period for benefit eligibility and just 2 weeks annual paid vacation. I would suspect few employees make it that far. Just WEIRD! Stay away!
