      A laid back work environment with very friendly people and the opportunity to learn a lot about how a data analyst would work day in and day out. You're never really bored since the company is very dynamic with the type of work they do.

      Growing pains can cause management to be a bit busy.

      Nice office. Flexibility to work from home a few days a week. Lots of company paid lunches, vacation and benefits. Always stay busy.

      Sometimes we would be very busy and it would just be overwhelming. But like every business there's slow times and busy times.
