Collaboration between divisions is excellent, the company's management has become more transparent which gives a sense of responsibility. We are better aligned on objectives and have abilities to showcase our skills.

Internal process hasn't been ideal but since then it has evolved and changed for the better and we all now see and feel the benefits of it.
