Pros
-The majority of the tradesmen are good guys of course you have managements favorite which I advise to steer clear... they are big cry babies. They talk very vulgarly about people but don't say anything about them because their small egos are not able to handle what they dish out.
Cons
-Management is a complete joke -Not really "family" owned due to the fact that the family is out spending the money as fast as the working men can make it - Never on site unless a company meeting - has some 3rd party guy roll around every so often to do mediations and act like he is really doing something... always wondered how much they are paying that guy,.. -Quick Turn over - Hints why they are hiring 24/7... -Not honest about pay or raises and if you ask/follow up they will bully you, they do not like you professionally standing up for yourself. Even if they add more to your work load and you complete extra projects.. smh -They think if they provide a Christmas party and a few other events that you should not ask for a raise.. the events were not even that great, we all would have preferred the money since we worked hard for it -No advancement opportunities -They do not have a work/life balance, not sure they would know what that means. -Main point - If you need the job take it, you just are fully aware of what you are working with so that you can make the choices that you need. and hey, maybe they will like you. I just like honesty over lies.. so It didn't work out so well for me but it just pushed me where I needed to be! Best of Luck, you got this!
