Pros

I'm very happy in my new workplace. I received a response to my application within 24 hours of applying and was kept informed throughout the recruitment process. I have received ample training and been given access to Applegreen's extensive online training and support portal. I have also received my wages and paycheck on time! Most importantly to me though, the team I am a part of are all lovely people. They have been welcoming, patient, and generous with their time and experience, and this has been an invaluable help to me as I settle into my new role.

Cons

I have no complaints about working for Applegreen at this time.

There are Absolutely no pros to the job

Cons

You will be miss treated by upper management who while is expected to be held by the same standards you are willing never actually uphold those standards for themselves while simultaneously being abused by the employees who are your direct reports because this company gives basic employees several protection against disciplinary actions making it very difficult to correct poor behavior and remove underperforming employees. You will be undercompensated for all of your work and be expected to work yourself to death all to line the pockets of the people above you who have absolutely no idea how to truly run a customer service business where the focus is the customers and the people that brake care of them
