      Benefits are fine though pay is below average

      The play a game of being "progressive" but once you are working there you quickly discover it is all smoke and mirrors. The entire marketing team is older and white and I believe they have one Latino man so they can check their box. It's all suburan "progressives" who's only interest is in being "culturally progressive" using all the right woke buzzwords ect. but then make their employees work long hours with no compensation time or bonus. Look at the found he's "progressive" but sold Applegate for $800 million and the only "progressive" thing he has done is build a theater in a wealthy town in NJ.

      Pros

      Although I worked here for a very short period of time, it seems like a great company to work for. The building/office is aesthetically pleasing. Everyone seems to be polite. Hybrid schedule; 2 wfh, 3 office days. Depending on who you work under, no micromanaging - just get your work done.

      Cons

      Because they dont have an efficiently working CRM/ERP, it creates a lot of manual reporting and extra work which results in miscommunication within the flow of departments that need to work together for satisfactory results. There also seems to be lack in diversity.
