      Dishes don't talk back, mostly solitary work

      Cons

      Clothes permanently stink even after washing, stressful during dinner rush, having little to no help on weekends when the restaurant was the most busy, being there until 3 am when the restaurant closed at 12 or 1 am.

      Pros

      The managers are pretty laid-back which makes for an easy work environment. That is a restaurant so it can be high stressed but everybody handled their stress really well culture was really good as well.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons as long as you can get along with different personalities
