Pros
For someone young looking to be a server it's a good start. They are be flexible and there always seems to plenty of shifts to work.
Cons
This company is under going many changes to change it's image from its hour to the food and it makes it difficult to focus on your job. Not to mention the interest of the server is dead last, especially when it comes to large parties. For instance a party of 10 could be coming in to dine and they'll seat 1 or 2 of the party without even knowing how long till the others arrive or a party a 15 will ask for 12 separate checks and we have to do it . Also they do not add gratuity for any reason and there are a lot of cheap people out there. There are countless times when servers get $5 on $150.
