Pros
Very good environment with the ability to have lots of time to focus on your employees to help the company succeed. Minimal paper work, which is a serious pro, because i much prefer being hands on and on the floor.
Cons
Not very flexible with time off and taking vacation time is difficult, but that’s like most places. Usually they do their best but with inventory and such sometimes it can be difficult.
