Pros
It is a great job to take part in if you are looking for something with a fast pace. The management isn’t always great, but at the Applebee’s I work at the management is amazing. They are very understanding when it comes to being late or calling in due to being sick, something comes up, etc. The servers are okay. The work place is very accepting. Very diverse as well.
Cons
There aren’t any cons, except maybe some servers acting like they run your hostess stand. If you are not as quick as them, you will be criticized and the main talk of the day. It’s best to be careful with this. $7.50 an hour is not enough to make a living, so this is super hard to work around sometimes.
