The company was founded on a great vision and had served the community well.
Cons
High turnover, poor management (BayMark Health Services), no mentorship or guidance beyond a push for higher census and profits, HR refuses to address inequality, harassment, and poor leadership. BayMark seems to be stuck in the leadership mentality of the past, but they employ entry-level workers because of cost. These employees can't wait to get out and progress.
