This is a great job for your college years. Lots of staff on the same level as you, be it your college peers or other employees who just enjoy working in a fun restaurant environment.

As a busser, you get wrecked on the weekends. Pretty exhaustive work hauling plates, tables, etc. but that's what I signed up for!

Best hotel I have ever worked for. Once I finally built the crew the hotel needed, we were awesome and on top of everything. Best crew ever

Upper management is disappointing and not on site very much.
