Plenty of overtime if wanted, monthly bonus program, easy to take time off (unpaid), quality work compared to other companies, networking
Cons
Daily work overload, no room to advance, most peers would rather see you fail than succeed, pay way lower compared to other employees in the same position, customer service reps have an attitude problem, all but one salesman are hard-headed and very hard to work with
