401k, stable salary, you pay almost a hundred bi-weekly for health insurance(which has a 2k deductible)

Cons

horrible compensation, inexperienced/catty/new managers that are not sure how to manage workers. It's as if they've never read a book in their life or studied how management works. A lot of micromanagement goes on.
