Pros
There is great potential here to make money and to move around as there are 5 locations and 7 different brands. You (for the most part) should be able to make pretty good money if you are willing to put in the literal time. The potential here to create a great team is there.
Cons
So many things are wrong with this company. First to make the good money you will need to work 6 days a week for sure. You will get NO help from any of the manager at any level and bad staff are continually allowed to be junk. The managers will not help you, belittle you and the GSM is a complete jerk. They will lie to your face about opportunities. Just know that this place is WAY better on paper than in reality. You will need to watch your back and catch on quickly. There is very high turnover which says a lot.
