Great Blockchain Company - Business Analyst Applancer Employee Review

No pros / Fake Company / Worst experience / No one is happy

- The owner of the company is has no respect to employees. - He instantly fires developers once they have completed the tasks they have assigned that too without paying any salary. - He forcefully asks employees to put positive reviews on websites else he will fire them. - He regularly checks your FB wall/ Linkedin Wall and also sometimes your WhatsApp. - He forcefully lets you post company blogs to different portals for marketing purpose. - There are only CONS to working with this company. - If you are looking for bright future , do not join this company. - This company does not even comes under labour ACT. - This company changes its name as easy as changing clothes so you will never be able to get any reviews. Previous it was known as Exousia and prior to that it was named something else.

The company is an awesome place to challenge yourself consistently. The managers make sure that you push your limits. Deadlines are strictly followed. I got to learn a lot about Blockchain Technology from a part-time job here.

My work was 7 days/week i.e no holidays (since I worked there part-time). Full-time employees might have such issues.
