- Great learning experience on end-to-end application development, right from system design, UI/UX, querying, scripting to deployment and validation/testing in the production environment. - Amazing culture and you can work cross-functionally with Swedish and US teams. - Pretty solid work-life balance

- Flexible work hours and good work life balance - Solid product and vision - Management is knowledgable in their area of work and supportive - Small but impactful and friendly team - Product is extensive and lot of challenging features to work/improve on - Good exposure to product development cycle. - Several international customers in the services wing for app development work. Good for people that take initiatives, like working in smaller teams and drive the projects/tasks.

- Sometimes you need to tackle several things together as you take ownership - App development work can be within the appivo ecosystem. - Problem of availability at times incase you need to review work or need help. - Work moves fast and sometime critical features are underestimated and given less focus.
