Learning is an everyday thing. There is one or another thing new to learn. Knowledge and skills are valued. Lots of training is given on the latest technologies. And those who are asked to travel for official purposes are given financial reimbursements, covering travel, lodging, and other expenses. All in all, the best workplace in my observation so far.
