- WFH arrangement even before Covid - Able to see a campaign from start to finish as you're solely responsible from audits to implementations to recommendations

Cons

- Lack bonding session - Lack of exposure to different industries as you deep dive into 1 campaign

Pros

Fasting-Moving, Growing Environment - Opportunities to learn new things every now and then. Always growing and improving systems, processes, services, experiences, etc. Remote Working - Non-Micromanaging, just need to disciplined and accountable. Growth is Limited to Self - Great for people who like challenges. If you have capacity, you can get involved with special projects, etc. Great Open Teammates - Team is always willing to help clarify or answer queries.

Cons

Fasting-Moving, Growing Environment - Probably not the ideal choice if you want something laid-back. Remote Working - You need to be disciplined and accountable. Growth is Limited to Self - If you don't want to challenge yourself, then this might not be for you. Great Open Teammates - Can't think of a con here.

Pros

- Education and self-improvement are strongly encouraged by the company - Team members are helpful and willing to share knowledge - Company does offer progression planning, so you know where you're working towards - There's trust and autonomy to work independently. Once passing probation, you can work off-site while coming in for meetings. - Company places emphasis on innovation and is always trying to improve on its processes. Good especially for an agency dealing with multiple clients. - Management is progressive and embraces transparency. If you've worked for a traditional management before... this will be something refreshing.

Cons

- It's an agency, so there are unreasonable clients every now and then - Digital marketing is not an easy subject to master. Be prepared for a steep learning curve - There's only 1 toilet in the office, so sometimes a queue forms lol
