Pros

Among people below VP level, there are some really excellent coworkers there.

Cons

Where do I start? This place was a dumpster fire. Total compensation ended up being below my last job due to low bonus and stock grants, and worse health insurance and other benefits than I had previously. Outside hires are given preference over promoting from within, despite what leadership claimed. RTO policy was downright punitive. The company founders micromanage many things, and senior leadership underneath them can't give good direction. KPIs are either non-existent or things outside of your control. Targets seem to be set with a magic eight ball rather than data-driven forecasting. Direction can change 180 degrees in by the end of the week. Layoffs abound, no stability in teams. Your coworkers are likely to be gone tomorrow, and even your own employees might be let go without your consultation. A culture of fear dominates. Terrible work-life balance.

Pros

Cool office & perks, unlimited PTO.

Cons

My manager ultimately stabbed me in the back. Being a recruiter here is a trap. No one has your back, your are just an order taker and every stakeholder has unrealistic and unfair expectations. The founders have their hand in the entire recruiting process and it makes it so unbelievably hard. They want top talent but have not top talent pay. They are not flexible on RTO so good luck.
