Executives are disconnected & have mixed strategies for GTM Much (not all) of management is manipulative & deceptive for self preservation - mixed bag Product is no longer cutting edge & is costly vs peers High turnover, low morale Outbound marketing doesn't exist Poor partner channel support & constantly changing KPIs Many people are overworked Ubiquitous groupthink mentality Low diversity - DEI strategy is non-existent
