      - The teams understand that you have responsibilities outside work, so you can always be flexible when it comes to stepping out during the day or working different hours based on what suits you.

      Cons

      - On smaller teams, the workload might become a bit overwhelming, but as the company continues to grow, this will likely become less of a problem.
