Although we do not currently provide a Presidents Club to recognize the success of our sales organization at this time, we have worked diligently to create a rewarding compensation plan. Additionally, our sales enablement department is changing the "business as usual" process, by extending on-boarding to ensure proper training, including more interactive workshops to bootcamp, our Sales Kickoff and Quarterly Business Review meetings. Additionally, they've added podcasts, tips and prospecting tools to help our sales force achieve success. We've even begun providing greater visibility and recognition for our reps to show our appreciation. Given how fast our whole organization is growing and changing, I hope you'll check back in to see what else we're adding and changing to show our reps that we care and value their contributions.
