Not a place to grow, top down approach - Anonymous employee Appian Employee Review

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. When it comes to reviews on our Glassdoor page, we have designated leadership from each department who focuses specifically on relaying feedback internally. However, when it comes to anonymous reviews, we find it quite difficult to take specific action, as generalizing and implying that every manager within our organization is disengaged, and disinterested in overall peer growth, would be inaccurate. While we disagree that we take responses personally, we do take them seriously.
