Racist Company - Anonymous employee Appian Employee Review

We are very concerned by your posting, as we take every allegation of discrimination seriously at Appian. Your complaint on Glassdoor is the first time we have heard any indication of discriminatory conduct in our London office (where it says you are an employee). Appian has a zero tolerance policy with respect to employment discrimination and discriminatory conduct. Since your post does not indicate any details concerning the conduct, there is nothing for us to act upon.
