Thank you for the feedback and taking the time to leave a review. We are in the process of launching our first company wide engagement survey (1 week away!) to understand the employee experience both company wide and per department. The leadership team cares deeply about ensuring our employees feel valued and supported and plan to use the results of that survey to make adjustments where needed.
