Pros
Decent training for NetSuite tech, clients are nice to work with. If you like to party, you'll probably have some good time.
Cons
Oh don't get me started on this one. First one - the management love to play favorites to those who go clubbing with them. They're poorly trained on how to communicate and conduct a professional business and operate with zero empathy toward the 'consultants' who don't form a part of their clique. It's not uncommon to see a manager yell at people publicly with utter disdain and make people around them fearful of their presence. I haven't worked at any place where there is total disregard for human dignity and people operating their teams like a fiefdom where everything they say/do rules. My time there was worst ever that I ever had faced through my professional career where I was constantly mocked at, and judged for being different and thrown under the bus/blamed for smallest possible issues. There was a constant threat of firing me in case I didn't comply. Thankfully I found a better role and leaving Appficiency was the best decision that I ever did. If you're reading this and considering a career at Appficiency, consider yourself warned.
