      Since day one the team is warm and welcoming. Sayantani and Rabindra helped me gell with the teammates. The vision and mission of the organisation is well defined considering growth and development. Process and expectations are simple to understand. CEO is approachable and he helps you understand roles and responsibilities. Overall the company has lot to offer if you are ready to share your time, efforts, dedication, commitment.

      Travelling šŸ˜ Night Shift šŸ¤­ On a serious note, haven't find anything to dislike about, so no complaints

      your point of view is considered and implemented if it is really good to go forward with. You will become capable of taking decision as required authority will be provided. Good work culture.

      1. They do not give PF 2. They have afternoon 2PM to 11 PM shift 3. Micro-management at every aspects 4. Also they track the screen timing, when you are working from home someday due to personal work
