      Pros

      They are very mental health support friendly. They take your disabilitys serious and have a great support system in plan. All staff are so friendly and helpful. There was never any selfish people

      Cons

      My mental health got very bad and unfortunately I was unable to do my tasks, it would of been nice if they had something in place

      Remote, good training, meet lots of new people.

      Cons

      If you’re not used to high call volumes then this role isn’t for you, relentless calls, can’t wee without being asked where are you?!
