Micro-management like you've never seen before. Starting salary might be decent, but very soon you'll be 1-2 years behind the industry average. The company actively tries to push its engineers by removing the benefits, limiting the possibility of working from home and distancing its decision makers from employees. The turnover is high. They allow their managers to get very personal, like questioning whether you were faking your sick leave or not. Overall not even close to Norwegian work/life standards.
