No job security due to always restricting and promoting people into senior roles too quickly

Overall great benefits and culture. Friendly people and a nice atmosphere. Loads of talented people to enjoy working with when you get to work on interesting things. Some amazing clients and loads of experienced people. Some of the most talented people with so little go it's truly impressive. You'd never know how talented some people are without seeing their work as it's being made.

When the ratio of managers to people actually providing the services clients are paying for is often 3:1 or worse it's easy to see how things can be a bit tough for the vibrant pool of talent that's always excited to do great work. While there are plenty of great people passionate about their work, Sometimes people are too nice to the point that having open discussion and debate about differing approaches becomes challenging.
