      Poor man management No career progression No solid incentive scheme goalpost always being moved. Fear philosophy used by senior management and owners. No job security Bonuses not paid on time or not even paid

      weekly incentive pay out can take cash evry week

      Cons

      no increment no matter how your performance only applause and appreciation is given but no increment.
