Working at AppWork has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my career. The culture here is real — people genuinely care about each other and about the clients we serve. I get to wake up every day knowing the work we do actually makes life easier for onsite teams, residents, and ownership. That gives me energy. Leadership gives room to build, create, and challenge the norm. I’ve had the freedom to shape strategy, push for better experiences, and move quickly when it matters. There’s trust here. There’s heart here. And as someone who cares deeply about people, I feel that every day.

Like any fast-growing company, things move quickly and sometimes faster than the processes can keep up. But the pace comes from wanting to do right by clients, and everyone leans in together.

- Huge Growth Opportunity (300% YoY Growth) with continued upside - Team that truly cares about the customer outcome and is "customer obsessed". They walk the walk not just talk the talk. - Company does things the exact opposite of other tech vendors in our space (in the best way). Growth has followed because of how they do things (contracts, implementation, training, etc.) - Good Business Processes for a small company - this will only improve - Great Backend team (software engineers, UX, etc) who are willing to go the extra mile to build out a great product. They care about how the customer uses the platform and want to continually build

- Its a rocket ship which comes with growing pains. The company has done a good job so far managing the growth so far. - Everyone needs to go the "extra mile". This can be challenging if you are looking to coast but it is highly rewarding if you are willing to help out the company beyond your traditional role.
