Pros

You will get a good learning environment, good exposure,so much fun in the company, some of the guys would be an assets for company, you will learn a lot from them, very young team with full of enthusiasm

Cons

So many project managers and team lead , every third or fourth employee would be team lead or project manager, so managers and team leads are not well experienced , A person having less than 4 year of experience will be your project manager and they have lack of skills.

Wish I could share any.

Cons

1. Follow double standards in everything. They will say something else on joining time and by the time their promises keep changing. If you are joining AppStudioz, taking things on paper beforehand is advisable. 2. Rotten and spoilt systems who doesn't know how to care about good resources. 3. AppStudioz tops the list in organizational politics and worst HR management. 3. No growth path reflected for employees at all levels. Also, if you dare to ask about your career path you will get vague answers and gradually you will be thrown out. Happened with 4-5 employees already. 4. Unequal and unfair treatment to employees. Policies differs from people to people. Even appraisal too is not uniformed and depends on how much Management and HR like you. 5. They only know how to make plans, implementation is absolutely out of question. Be prepared to get blamed. 6. Inexperienced people holding key positions and ruining them, specially in HR dept. 7. Fool and lure their employees with non-sense tactics like offsite meetings, the outcome of which is always a big ZERO. 8. Pay standards way below industry. You may feel exploited Strong recommendation is don't ever join this company because they are going to block you career in all best possible ways.
