      Pros

      Wide selection of snacks and drinks

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid should be the motto at AppOnboard. The company is 3 years old and they refuse to do performance reviews or events for employees. I get sad when I walk in the office. They don't want to spend money on employees. There is a paper policy of unlimited PTO but you have to beg to be able to take days off.

      One good reason to work at my job is the opportunity to be a part of a team that is making a positive impact in the #noCode game development industry.

      There may be limited opportunities for in-person work, which can be a challenge for individuals who prefer working in an office setting.
