Post-Acquisition Chaos: Since the merger with [Other Company], our once efficient product has been lost in a complex and wasteful platform. Lack of Clarity and Planning: Strategic direction is muddled and inconsistent, leading to decreased morale. Slow Development Times: The new platform's complexity has drastically slowed down our development process. Poor Kanban Management: What used to be an efficient system is now plagued with bottlenecks and delays. CTO's Lack of Business Focus: There's an excessive emphasis on over-engineering suitable for a company much larger than ours. This disconnect leads to inefficiencies and disillusionment. Nepotism in Leadership: A clear inner circle operates on their own motivations, often disconnected from actual business needs. Ineffective New Processes: New processes introduced by the CTO were tried but never improved upon based on team feedback. Great culture with easy access to leadership who are quick to support with decisions (great in sales :) )
