Very poor onboarding and training experience Lack of communication and constructive feedback from management Let go during probation period without prior warning or any attempt to help improve performance At times passive-agressive and uncooperative team environment Team members often reacted negatively to questions instead of supporting new employees Team leader was not sufficiently involved in the training or managing unhealthy team dynamics Overall atmosphere felt mostly unwelcoming
