      - Appvalley is a software house. so they will employ you to their client. - A good place to build your career in Core Banking or Fintech - The colleague is good. depend on which client you got into.

      - Since employed to client place. Appvalley have no control over the rule at the client company. so were to blindly follow. - No work life balance

      Friendly Culture: Boss and colleagues are approachable; quick responses to any questions or requests. Strong Support: Always ready to help resolve issues, even those from the client side. Team Bonding: Annual lunch helps everyone connect and get to know each other better. Fun Annual Dinner: Unique activities, enjoyable atmosphere, and exciting lucky draws every year. Good Benefits: All basic needs provided; yearly salary increment, better than many other companies.
