      Boss is a typical businessman, who only focus on earning money; Treat employees as machine, milking employee as he assume everyone should be 24hr on call; Assume employee to OT as often as possible, so that more projects can be delivered and the boss will have more profit, but never compensate them back Boss is a man without dignity, he often simply overthrow what he promised to do/give
