Pros
Work with a great team. Instruction is also very rewarding and fun. You have a lot of people around you that care for you and your growth. Make strong connections and also have around 1 week of PTO per cohort.
Cons
Leadership has a lot of miscommunications with departments and causes frustration when a decision is made. Hard to move up in the company and you don't have time to job search if you are full time instructing. Pay isn't ideal either.
